Job Title: Valet Parking Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at Chadstone - The Fashion Capital. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our valet parking system, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.

About the Role

This is a casual opportunity, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, ideally 25-38 hours per week. Positions will start in late October/early November and end on January 25. There is potential for longer-term positions within the team. Training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a friendly and welcoming experience.
  • Operate the valet parking system efficiently and effectively, ensuring that vehicles are collected and returned in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety and security, ensuring that all vehicles are parked and retrieved safely.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated valet and customer service skills, with previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize activities using a professional and customer-centric approach.
