About this Role:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamic Field Service expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and optimize client business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Implement successful CRM solutions, performing functional tasks required for a seamless experience.
- Create detailed requirements and designs for customizations, providing expertise to clients and mentoring team members.
- Migrate data from external systems into MS Fields Services, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Conduct thorough solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing to guarantee a polished final product.
- Deliver comprehensive user and administrator training, empowering clients to get the most out of our solutions.
Requirements:
- Australia Citizens/PR Holders/Work & Dependent Visa holders will be considered.
Prior Experience:
- Dynamics Field Service - Functional Consultant: 4 years
