Supermarket Refrigeration Technician Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our team as a second-in-command. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering expert service and repairs on supermarket refrigeration systems, mentoring junior technicians, and supporting the Service Manager in coordinating the Field Team.

  • Deliver expert service and repairs on supermarket refrigeration systems
  • Mentor junior technicians and promote first-time fix culture
  • Support the Service Manager in daily coordination of the Field Team
  • Assist with emergency response and complex fault diagnostics
  • Conduct site inspections and support quotation preparation

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership capability or prior mentoring experience (preferred)
  • Strong fault finding and troubleshooting ability
  • High standard of communication and professionalism
  • Excellent computer literacy and admin skills

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (UEE32220), an Individual Contractor or Supervisor Licence, a Construction Training Card / White Card, and a NSW Driver's Licence.
