Seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Field Service Technician. This dynamic role offers a mix of customer interactions, technical tasks, and inventory management.

About the Role

This is a critical position that ensures customer satisfaction by providing exceptional after-sales service for our spas and swim spas.

  • Conduct warranty and non-warranty service work for spas and swim spas.
  • Perform heat pump installations, platinum spa care, and on-site product sales (accessories, chemicals, covers, etc.).
  • Develop maintenance and service plans for customers.
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in excellent condition.
  • Assist with warehouse spa assessments, including evaluating the condition of spa units and identifying any necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Ensure spas are maintained at a satisfactory level including cleaning, organizing, and preparing units for display or shipment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical expertise and hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Restricted Electrical Licence (preferred).
  • Forklift certification (preferred).
