  • This position involves providing effective cost-controlled maintenance support to clients, while maintaining a high level of product support and service.">

The role requires prompt responses to all maintenance calls and emails, as well as accessing required levels of work with authorized repairers.

Key responsibilities include ensuring that all external and internal customer and supplier queries are answered appropriately.

">

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling servicing and repair costs for all fleet vehicles.

">

They will also be expected to minimize downtime of vehicles and look to maximize vehicle warranties, including requests on post warranty support.

">

Advise clients on maintenance related issues covering their vehicle's contract entitlements and inclusions such as Tyre Allowance, Roadside Assistance and Accident Management.

">

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualification in Automotive - vehicle qualification or equivalent, extensive experience in the motor industry, experience in a customer service role and/or negotiating with suppliers.

">

Strong technical/numerical skills, sharing knowledge and being thorough and accurate are essential requirements for this position.
