Keegan Adams Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join its growing team. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our internal recruitment strategy and attracting top-tier talent for a diverse range of technical and non-technical positions globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and advise on recruitment strategies.
  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source candidates through various channels while building and maintaining talent pools for future roles.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate journey by maintaining clear communication, providing feedback, and managing the interview process.
  • Employer Branding: Promote our company culture and values to attract top talent, utilizing social media and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Data & Compliance: Track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance, and continuously improve recruitment processes based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, either in-house or agency.
  • Experience collaborating closely with senior leaders to understand hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes and an optimal candidate experience.
What We Offer:
