**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Training and Development Specialist.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to upskill maintenance workforce, ensuring high performance, safety, and compliance with operational standards.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver maintenance-related training, ensuring all training records are securely maintained in the organisation's training record systems, consulting with stakeholders to identify training needs and facilitating required training, monitoring and evaluating external training to ensure desired quality outcomes, and designing and coordinating an apprentice training program.

Requirements:

  • A recognised qualification in heavy vehicle mechanics.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning techniques and training principles.
  • Leadership capability, experience, and demonstrated capacity to coach others.
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
