Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, deliver, coordinate, and support training programs for the maintenance workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing an apprentice training program that includes TAFE training, workshop supervised training, product training, and continuous monitoring and review.
  • Mentoring supervisors on their responsibilities and practices in managing apprentices and new employees.
  • Enhancing the skills of current staff to ensure they are competent to maintain all new vehicles equipped with modern technologies.

Requirements
  • A recognised mechanical qualification, preferably in Heavy Vehicle.
