Key Responsibilities
  • Support contract activity: drafting and negotiation of complex terms and conditions, ensuring the interests of the organization.
  • Manage contracts: negotiating changes, customer correspondence, and claims, with minimal supervision.
  • Provide commercial advice: specialist support to project managers and the wider business.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships: internal and external customers.
  • Support Contract Reviews:
  • Draft contracts/agreements: moderately complex documents with little supervision.
  • Commercial exposures: addressing financial and commercial risks through appropriate frameworks.
About You
  • Relevant experience as a Senior Commercial Officer.
  • Team orientation with high-level written and oral communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Flexibility with a lean-in approach.
  • Curious mindset.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Adept at building relationships.
  • Computer literacy, intermediate knowledge of MS Suite.
  • Ability to hold Defence Security Clearance.
