Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Commercial Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercial advice and developing solutions to achieve stakeholder objectives within a compliance framework.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, negotiations, supplier management, and customer engagement. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently with limited oversight.

A strong understanding of commercial management principles and practices is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise in developing and maintaining positive customer/partner relationships.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player who is able to influence parties at an operational level to achieve objectives within a compliance framework.

The successful candidate will hold a Degree in Business, Commerce or Law, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial advice and develop solutions to achieve stakeholder objectives within a compliance framework.
  • Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
  • Contribute to bid and proposal activities, including the preparation of commercial elements of bids and proposals.
  • Provide interpretation and advice on customer procurement policy and regulations, company policy, and contract requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in commercial management, including contract management, negotiations, supplier management, and customer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of commercial management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to influence parties at an operational level.
  • Hold a Degree in Business, Commerce or Law, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
