We are looking for a professional to take up the role of Commercial Officer. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial team within our Aerospace line of business. Their main objective will be to achieve the best commercial outcomes for both the customer and the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The individual will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating and finalising contracts and commercial agreements.
  • They will also manage commercial contracts and the commercial elements of the Life Cycle Management and Request for Bid Approval process.
  • The person will need to be responsive to the needs and wants of the customer by understanding their requirements through researched understanding, open discussion and candid clarification questions.
  • Supporting Procurement and Supply Chain colleagues in the preparation of sub-contract terms and conditions is another key responsibility of this role.
