The Lead Security Manager will oversee all aspects of personnel and information security for a deployed ICT directorate.
- Manage operational teams to ensure high-quality work is undertaken by team members.
- Provide timely advice on security processes, including network accreditation procedures and audit requirements.
- Conduct thorough analyses and draw accurate conclusions based on evidence to advise on complex problems affecting the organisation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance business outcomes through effective problem-solving and deductive reasoning skills.
- Mentor team members to be security conscious and foster positive relationships to drive collaboration and productivity.
- Assess design packages, provide recommendations, and contribute to implementing actions to ensure compliance with Defence Security Principles Framework and IT Security manual controls.
