Role Overview

Secure ICT Environment Specialist

Deliver exceptional support to senior government officials through the provision of secure and highly specialized ICT services.

This position requires experience with Microsoft server and desktop environments, including MECM, Exchange, and WSUS. Demonstrated expertise in PowerShell scripting and deployment methodologies is also necessary.

  • Design, implement and maintain critical systems across virtual, desktop, and cloud infrastructure – meeting the operational needs of a high-security environment.
  • Administer Microsoft Configuration Manager for application packaging and deployment.
  • Manage secure end-user computing environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Create, deploy and manage virtual desktop SOEs using scripting tools (e.g. PowerShell).
  • Maintain systems through patching, updates and troubleshooting across Windows environments.
