About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in a senior capacity. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client service and ensuring seamless execution of PR-led marketing events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Provide exceptional client service, drive weekly work-in-progress (WIP) reports, status documents, contact reports, and decision logs.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee end-to-end coordination of PR & experiential programs, including timelines, run-throughs, talent/influencer call sheets, and onsite management.
  • Stakeholder Wrangling: Manage multiple stakeholders, including clients' PR/brand leads, event agencies, production vendors, venue operations, retail teams, mall management, photographers/film crews.
  • Budget and Scope Control: Build purchase orders/service order worksheets, track expenses, reconcile post-event, and manage change requests with zero surprises.
  • Asset and Content Delivery: Oversee invitations/RSVP flows, press materials, giftings, shot lists, content approvals, post-event press notes, and highlight reels.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Monitor attendance vs. targets, tier-1/2 media hits, EMV/reach, influencer performance, social recaps; provide clear, beautifully packaged post-mortems.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5–8 years in account management/PR/events within agencies or luxury brands; luxury category experience (fashion, beauty, spirits, hospitality, watches/jewellery, or automotive) is strongly preferred.
  • Skillset: Proven track record running launches, pop-ups, store openings, showings, tastings, runway/presentations, or high-touch clienteling events.
  • Leadership: Comfortable steering external event/production agencies and PR partners; able to push and protect work as needed.
  • Project Discipline: Immaculate project discipline: timelines, critical paths, Gantt charts, ROS, vendor matrices; able to keep 30+ moving parts aligned.
  • Communication: Strong written communication skills: briefing notes, press materials (with PR partner), invites, captions, decks.
  • Tools: Proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office, basic budgeting, project tools (e.g., Monday/Asana/Smartsheet), RSVP/guest-list platforms.
