Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Coordinator to support our regional planning processes and ensure seamless coordination of planning activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers to assist with maintenance and repairs planning.
  • Work closely with the workshop team to provide relevant and accurate information.
  • Manage bookings for courtesy cars and plan truck monitoring cases with customers.
  • Ensure that all resources are available in advance of scheduled work.

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to liaise and communicate effectively.
  • Strong background in administration or customer-focused role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
