Dynamic Improvement Specialist

This is a role that requires an individual who is passionate about process optimization and innovation.

Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, gathering data, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.

A successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to optimize resources, reduce costs, and increase profitability.

They will monitor and evaluate the impact of their initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

The goal is to foster a culture of excellence within the organization's operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Managing relationships, resources, and performance monitoring, including continuous improvement of processes.
  • System administration, testing, release management, and automation management.
  • Designing and deploying systems or processes to maximize productivity, automation, and efficiency.
  • Leading small to medium projects and participating in larger projects as a team member.
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and technical specialists to transition work offshore.
  • Analyzing, validating, and documenting current and future processes and requirements.
  • Identifying and communicating risks and issues.
  • Working with the change team to communicate stakeholder impacts.
  • Participating in training and providing feedback on training materials.
  • Championing change and integrating new processes into the business.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a related field.
  • At least 3 years in system administration roles or working with offshore partners.
  • Strong understanding of process optimization and innovation.
  • Experience with product development, delivery, and analysis.
  • Process design and business analysis skills.
