Job Overview

The role of Performance Director is to lead the optimization of performance across capital projects and programs, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of infrastructure assurance functions.

This involves management of project advice, lessons learned and knowledge sharing platforms and processes, as well as supporting reporting and analytics that drive program improvements.

Assurance at Health Infrastructure is embedded into project planning and delivery, focusing on fit-for-purpose project reviews using internal and external subject matter experts.

The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for managing review processes and associated reporting, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
