A Rewarding Career as a Speech Pathologist

We're currently seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing evidence-based services that make a real impact on their lives.

The Role

This is a mobile role, offering flexibility and autonomy in your work arrangements. You'll be responsible for assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with disabilities, working within the NDIS framework to maximize client outcomes. Your expertise will also be sought after in assistive technology assessment and recommendations, as well as timely documentation and report writing.

New Graduate Program

We're proud to offer a comprehensive New Graduate Program, designed to support recent graduates in transitioning into the workforce. This 12-month program provides regular supervision, core competency skills training, and opportunities to shadow experienced clinicians. Our aim is to equip new graduates with the skills and confidence they need to thrive in their careers.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Professional registration with AHPRA/SPA
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Police Check & International Police Check (if applicable)
About the Opportunity

We're offering a competitive salary package of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous salary, you'll enjoy flexible working arrangements, achievable KPI bonuses, and loyalty bonuses.
