Job Title: Occupational Therapist - New Graduate Role in North West Sydney



We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at HealthcareLink in North West Sydney. As a Mobile Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with paediatric, adolescent and adult clients, providing assessments, interventions and therapies in their home environment or local community.



About the Role


  • This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • You will be working closely with clients and carers to provide education and recommendations, as well as conducting home modifications, therapy programs and comprehensive reports writing.
  • The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and build rapport.
  • You must be able to display patience and empathy when interacting with clients.
  • A generous base salary of AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum + Travel Allowance + Superannuation makes this an attractive opportunity for occupational therapists.
  • Annual professional development fund and ongoing opportunities for professional development are available.
  • A current driver's license and own vehicle are essential for this role.


Requirements


  • AHPRA Registration is required.
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy is essential.
  • A Working with Children Check and National Police Check are mandatory.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply but must demonstrate solid clinical experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues are crucial for this role.
  • An estimated salary range of AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum reflects the value we place on your skills and expertise.
