
Senior ITIL Service Management Specialist

This role oversees and administers ITIL based service support, requiring a deep understanding of Service Management practices, with emphasis on Service Request Management and Service Level Management.
- Serve as primary contact for Service Request process and compliance issues across all service providers.
- Monitor and drive efficiency and effectiveness of SRM processes, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that Service Requests are resolved within Service Level Agreement targets to maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Periodically audit Service Request tickets against best practice standards and create improvement actions to uplift performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline the fulfilment process and improve user experience by creating specific catalogue items from generic request tickets.
- A minimum of 4-6 years' relevant experience is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL V3/V4 processes and principles is mandatory.
