Senior ICT Operations Manager

The Commission is seeking an experienced Senior ICT Operations Manager to lead the delivery of effective and efficient IT systems and services. As a key member of the Corporate Division, you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver IT systems and services that meet business needs.
- Manage a team to deliver IT systems and services that meet business needs.
- Operate and maintain outsourced service providers to ensure compliance and positive relationships.
- Oversee internal ICT Support Desk services and team to ensure performance agreements are in place and monitored.
- Maintain a consistent positive operational experience for ICT users and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document required Support Desk procedures.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder and relationship management with senior executive staff.
- Extensive experience in ICT operational management.
- Experience in ITIL Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement portfolio management.
- Working knowledge of ITIL Service Strategy and Service Design lifecycle frameworks.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and teams.
- ITIL and project management skills.
- Business analysis and process improvement skills.
