About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our General Manager and other departments as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager and other departments.
  • Manage and handle guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and format reports, including data analysis and presentation.
  • Coordinate and support meetings and events, including booking and minute-taking.
  • Manage and review filing and office systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support project work for other departments as required.
  • Compile and gather reports, including data analysis and presentation.
  • Manage the General Manager's calendar and ensure timely reminders and notifications.
  • Liaise with department heads to ensure timely completion and compilation of reports.
  • Order stationery and supplies for the office.
  • Assist the Director of Culinary with administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles.
  • Exceptional communication and English skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to build rapport with colleagues and staff at all levels.
  • Experience in records and data management.
  • Proven experience in organizing and coordinating office activities.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a hotel operation in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
