Bids and Project Coordinator

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive national business development strategy by leading end-to-end project management and creating compelling content for presentations and proposals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all bids, pitches, and submissions across Australia, ensuring expert management of all required touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and coordinate divisional efforts, enhancing service line content for internal and external communications.
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including the Partner, Head of Tenant Representation, and the broader Tenant Representation team.
