This is more than a coordination role it\'s your opportunity to shape how our group is represented in the market. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, content, and execution, directly influencing our ability to win landmark projects across Australia and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll play a key role in how Versatile Group presents itself to market, delivering winning bids that reflect our values, expertise, and ambition. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with Heads of Business to plan and implement tailored bid strategies. Understand each opportunity deeply what the client needs, how we differentiate, and how to win.
  • Coordinate multiple bids simultaneously from start to finish. Set and manage timelines, ensure stakeholder contributions, and deliver submissions on time and to the highest quality.
  • Write, edit, and tailor bid content that is compelling, professional, and aligned with each client's needs. Work with technical experts to ensure content is accurate and impactful.
  • Format and present submissions using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva. Ensure every document is visually sharp, brand-aligned, and of a high standard.
  • Partner with internal teams including project delivery, development, legal, and finance to collect key inputs and develop comprehensive, winning submissions.
  • Recommend and implement new tools and technologies (including AI) to streamline and elevate our bid submissions process and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a central repository of case studies, CVs, templates, project imagery, and reusable content for efficient and high-quality bid production.
  • Establish and maintain tracking systems to measure success rates, capture client feedback, and refine future submissions.
  • Ensure every submission meets client requirements, complies with relevant standards, and showcases the Versatile brand at its best.
Why This Role Matters

You'll report directly to the Head of Corporate Affairs and Marketing and work alongside senior leaders across the group. You'll also occasionally support our international operations. This is a high-visibility role with genuine impact and opportunity for long-term growth within the group.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator/InDesign, and Canva
  • Knowledge or experience in the property, construction, defence or development sectors is desirable
