Project Manager | Tender Coordinator

This position involves overseeing the preparation and submission of tenders across various project types and values.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience as a Senior Bid Coordinator or Bid Manager in construction, with a tertiary qualification in communications, construction, journalism, or marketing. They should be proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office, with Canva being an added advantage.

About the Role

The primary responsibility is to coordinate tender submissions, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and manage tasks and tender workbooks for all bid submissions and presentations. This includes creating high-quality content for the wider business and assisting Estimators/Directors with Tender Presentations using InDesign.

  • Coordinate tender submissions for multiple project types and values.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including JV partners.
  • Manage tasks and tender workbooks for bid submissions and presentations.
  • Create engaging content for the company's business operations.
  • Assist with Tender Presentations using InDesign.
  • Maintain the company's CRM system and content library.
  • Record client feedback for continuous improvement.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Recent experience as a Senior Bid Coordinator or Bid Manager in construction.
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields, such as communications, construction, journalism, or marketing.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office, with Canva being a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, exercising initiative and judgment.
