Rehabilitation Consultant Position

We deliver injury recovery services in the workplace, guiding individuals toward independence and productivity.

  • Deliver complex injury management and health coaching to clients
  • Perform vocational assessments, both in-person and virtually
  • Develop strategic employer networks within NSW
  • Utilize psychosocial risk assessment tools to achieve optimal outcomes

Key Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Provisional Psychology or Psychology
  • Eligibility for registration with ASORC, AASW or APHRA
  • Experience in a similar role within Occupational Rehabilitation is desirable but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation and consultation abilities, and stakeholder relationship management
  • Attention to detail, result-focused approach, and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently, undertake research, and prepare data for reporting purposes
  • Current Australian drivers' licence and access to own vehicle
  • Police clearance and working with children check
