Job Title

A Business Partner with a focus on people.

This role is a key position in our business, responsible for leading and developing programs that drive performance, change and alignment with our organisational goals.

  • We are seeking a strong HR professional to lead workforce planning, employee relations, compliance and fair work practices ensuring consistent outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will bring expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, delivering enterprise-wide programs, coaching, change management and navigating complex ER matters.
About the Role

In this position you will shape an exceptional workplace experience by designing, optimising and coordinating key people initiatives. You will drive strategies to attract, retain and develop our talent pool.

You will also be responsible for managing workplace resources and real estate services. Your role will be a trusted partner to leaders guiding the full employee lifecycle from remuneration, performance and succession planning to organisational design. You will contribute to creating a culture where people and performance thrive.

Your Skills

We are looking for someone who has a degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, plus solid knowledge of HR practices, Fair Work Act and employment instruments. You should have experience in leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, analytics, reporting and data analysis.
