We are seeking an experienced Digital Operations Specialist to partner with our digital architecture, security and business systems teams.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide specialist technology advice, create detailed designs and documentation to support new initiatives within ICT, and manage, maintain and enhance our environment through the provision of high-quality infrastructure and services advice and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide insights, advice, and support in the design and implementation of effective architectures for our ICT environment.
  • Guide ICT programs, projects and improvements to ensure they align with our enterprise architecture standards, governance, and industry standards.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on complex infrastructure and related service challenges, developing proposals for recommended solutions to drive future investment in ICT systems and process support.
  • Drive operational performance outcomes which contribute to the achievement of our ICT Operations section, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Oversight of root cause analysis and problem rectification activities, ensuring system changes are implemented to prevent recurrence.
  • Foster a culture that drives high performance, collaboration, agility, and accountability in the delivery of ICT services. Promoting a strong risk management focus in-line with technology and governance frameworks.
  • Lead, motivate and mentor those within the Digital Operations team, assisting with ongoing professional development, knowledge sharing and skills acquisition.
