Administrative Infrastructure Expertise Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering technology infrastructure components, both on-premise and cloud-based, including systems and software management
  • Supporting and maintaining essential IT operations
  • Ensuring consistency, integrity, and security of the operating environment
  • Capacity planning, monitoring, and upgrading ICT systems and hardware
  • Managing data storage and backups
  • Managing ICT Software Management Suite
  • Server and user administration and security tasks

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in computer or information systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft solutions like M365 Defender, Teams, Exchange Admin, Intune, Configuration Manager, and Azure
  • Experience in administering Windows network environments and server-side technologies
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
