We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Participant Support Officers.
Key responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service, resolving customer enquiries, triaging moderately complex enquiries, managing and resolving participant matters, and undertaking suitability assessments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences and making a positive impact in the lives of Australians with disabilities.
The role requires empathy, excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and decision-making based on evidence and sound judgment.
Eligibility requirements include Australian Citizenship and a willingness to undergo pre-employment screening, including a National Criminal History Records Check.
