About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Data Center Operations Specialist, you will be part of a diverse team responsible for designing, planning, delivering, and operating all global infrastructure.

You will work on complex problems with thousands of variables impacting supply chain management and collaborate across departments to deliver safety, security, and scalability while minimizing costs.

This role involves physical activities such as lifting and racking equipment up to 20 kg, working in cramped spaces or elevated locations while adhering to health and safety guidelines. You may be required to work 24x7 shift rotation.

As a Data Center Operations Specialist, you will engage in problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, operations, project management, and hiring/mentoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain system reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficiently
  • Act as escalation point and technical troubleshooter for all systems and problems
  • Troubleshoot issues on platforms ranging from Systems to Power/Mechanical
  • Meet On-Call requirements and respond during shift rotations
  • Participate in data center power and cooling events
