Infrastructure Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management of our large-scale infrastructure systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technical leader who can collaborate, guide, and mentor a team of skilled technicians with diverse skill sets.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating strategic plans, mentoring personnel at all levels, sponsoring projects, and proposing innovative solutions.
This position involves leading teams in hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair and includes participation in an on-call rotation.
Key responsibilities include prioritizing and assigning trouble tickets, guiding and training infrastructure operations technicians, managing and delivering medium-sized projects, and maintaining the on-call schedule.
The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge in infrastructure management, hardware and network repair, as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills.
This team operates in a 24/7 environment requiring flexibility and adaptability.
