About the Role

This role is a critical component of our global infrastructure operations, requiring strong coordination and problem-solving skills. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery and operation of all infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Work Orders, Change Orders, and Purchase Requests to ensure accurate documentation and vendor collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Controls Engineers, Finance, Legal, and Procurement to achieve critical objectives.
  • Contribute operational planning inputs and support complex project procurement processes.
  • Design and implement process improvements to streamline routine coordination tasks.
  • Identify inefficiencies in coordination workflows and develop systematic solutions.
