Ivalua is a leading global provider of cloud-based procurement solutions. Our IT team manages the IT Infrastructure, Cloud computing needs and the Cloud infrastructure. We have over 60 global team members mainly based in the USA, France and India, and we are growing to satisfy our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead for our APAC region to act as technical lead for Infrastructure activities and be involved in SOC and IT Clients Operations activities. The successful candidate will cover a large geographical scope with datacenters hosted in Australia & Singapore but also assist the US & EMEA teams.
  • Collaborate and contribute on technical projects infrastructure.
  • Key contributor for the Build of APAC global infrastructure & clients infrastructure setup.
  • Responsible for the quality of the datacenter operations for APAC region: operations preparation, communication, execution, etc.
  • Ensure that we meet our SLA (availability & performance) and that vulnerability patching, incident closure, backups, logging, DRP and other IT operations are well managed.
  • Monitor infrastructure and applications, raise and follow up alerts with internal teams.

Technical Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years proven experience as System engineer with comprehensive background of modern datacenter infrastructure including Azure Cloud, Windows & Linux systems, Networking, Web application & database support, security & vulnerability management exposure, etc. Administration of Windows & Linux servers, Public Cloud computing (Azure), Active directory administration, OS & software patching are required skills. Basic Knowledge of Web Server (IIS), Database (MSSQL), Web Application publishing, application performance monitoring (APM) are necessary.
