About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support Specialist to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate contract-related activities, including work orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Provide timely and effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on contract performance, including spend and revenue metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in facilities management or administration.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
