Role Overview

The Facilities Administrator position offers an exciting opportunity to enter the Facility Management space and manage all preventative and reactive work orders.

This includes interfacing with internal and external customers, managing maintenance staff, and overseeing contract delivery in accordance with client expectations and KPIs. The position is based in Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities
  1. Managing and maintaining the system capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the site
  2. Allocating work orders as required to ensure contract requirements and KPI's are achieved
  3. Preparing and reviewing all invoices before issuing them to the manager for approval
  4. Responding to reported issues and coordinating efficient and effective responses
  5. Overseeing the maintenance and support staff carrying out maintenance works
  6. Managing the contract and service delivery in accordance with Contract KPI's & client expectations
  7. Identifying, monitoring, and reporting hazards across the site
  8. Daily report and follow up of responses, rectification, and completion of work orders to ensure meeting of KPI's
  9. Responsible for the management of the Extension of Time' (EOT) and Delegation of Authority (DOA), from submission, to follow up and close out
  10. Supporting the national Operations team to ensure we meet SLA's
  11. Working closely with the BCSC (Helpdesk) to ensure processes are streamlined
