Job Title: Site and Facilities Coordinator - Westmead Catholic Community

About the Role: The Sites & Facilities Coordinator is accountable for ensuring the safety, security, and maintenance of schools within the Westmead Catholic Community. This role involves managing site upkeep, recommending budgets, coordinating projects, and working with stakeholders to ensure site safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the effective delivery of site and equipment maintenance, security, and general site upkeep
  • Recommending capital and maintenance budgets and implementing approved projects
  • Coordinating ICT and equipment requirements and worksite planning in consultation with the Principal
  • Project managing capital works initiatives and improvements
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure site safety and managing risks

Requirements:

This position requires relevant tertiary or trade qualifications in a facilities-related discipline or significant demonstrated industry experience involving building services. The successful candidate will also have project management experience, supplier/contractor management skills, and a current driver's license.
