Job Description

This role is key in fostering a proactive compliance culture, identifying and mitigating regulatory risks, and ensuring adherence to internal standards and external obligations.

You'll support Business Unit teams in embedding effective compliance controls, translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions, and uplifting the control environment. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll provide compliance advice, contribute to risk-in-change assessments, and help drive remediation and monitoring activities.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across divisions, contribute to governance forums, and support the delivery of Compliance Strategy. You'll be instrumental in ensuring compliance is owned and managed at the source, helping the business stay ahead of regulatory expectations.
