Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the aged care or healthcare sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience managing a reception area with a high volume of communications.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • The capability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
  • Resilience in handling complaints and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail and high standards in written and verbal communication.
Requirements

It is mandatory for candidates in the aged care sector to possess a valid Police Check or a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or both, prior to commencing employment.
