Role based at RSL LifeCare’s flagship, ANZAC Village, Narrabeen, on a permanent part-time basis Friday to Monday- Days and times required are: Friday & Monday 9 AM - 5 PM, Saturday & Sunday 9:30 AM - 4 PM- Weekend and public holiday penalty rates apply- The ability to cover Annual Leave, Sick Leave and Public Holidays for other members of the team is desirable.

Your new role
You will be part of the Narrabeen Retirement Living administration team being the first point of contact for residents, relatives and employees, supporting the day-to-day administration and reception functions for the Village.
In this role you will provide a broad range of general administration support, including but not limited to, making appointments, first point of contact at reception, high volume of inbound calls, diary management, meeting room bookings, first level of complaint handling, filing, and scanning.
The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experiences:
- Experienced Administration Officer/Receptionist in Aged Care or a similar Health Care organisation- High level administration, organisational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team-
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills along with written and verbal skills- Resilience and ability to manage complaints and problem solve- Above average computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office and experience in CRM systems
