Casual Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has become available for a casual Receptionist to join our team, based at RSL LifeCare's Flagship facility ANZAC Village, Narrabeen.
- **_This role will be based at Narrabeen War Vets, on a casual basis. _**
- **_A typical day and hours will be: 9am to 5pm, days will range from Monday to Sunday. _**
- **_The successful applicant must be available to cover Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Public Holidays and weekends. _**
You will be part of the Narrabeen administration team being the first point of contact for residents, relatives and employees, managing the day-to-day administration and receptionist functions for all ANZAC Village.
In this role you will provide a broad range of general administration support including but not limited to making appointments, first point of contact at reception, high volume of inbound calls, diary management, contractor management, petty cash, filing and scanning.

**Essential Selection Criteria**
- Experience as an Administration Officer in Aged Care or a similar Health related organisation
- Availability to accept shifts at short notice, or cover periods of annual/ sick leave
- Highly organised and ability to manage time effectively
- Managing a Reception area including high volume calls
- Above average computer literacy
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
