This role involves supporting clients within their Nursing Homes across Sydney Northern Beaches. As a casual employee, you'll have the flexibility to pick shifts that suit your current and changing schedule using our self-rostering app.

Requirements
  • Australian working rights are essential for this position.
  • Hold a completed Certificate III/IV in Individual or Ageing Support, or an equivalent qualification (such as being in your 2nd year of a Bachelor of Nursing with all first-year placements completed).
  • Two professional references and relevant qualifications are required.
  • National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screener certifications are necessary; if willing to obtain, please indicate.
  • A Current First Aid Certificate (HTLAID003 or HLTAID011) and WWCC (if working across divisions) are also required.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience. This figure is based on industry standards and the location of the job. We offer competitive compensation packages to ensure our employees feel valued and supported throughout their tenure with us.
