Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service skills.
  • Be well-presented, friendly, and welcoming.
  • Possess a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Utilize great problem-solving skills to multitask and support guests and colleagues.
  • Prior experience in reception, front office, administration, or sales is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with Park Management systems, such as Newbook and/or RMS, is an advantage.
  • Availability to work shifts over a 7-day rotating roster.
