HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Corporate team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will provide strategic HR advice and support to our leaders and managers, driving business outcomes and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- HR Advice and Support: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to our leaders and managers, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Talent Management: Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and performance reviews.
- Employee Engagement: Support the deployment of engagement surveys and develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to managers and employees to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a HR Generalist role, preferably in a FMCG environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with experience in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
