Business Development Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Lawyer to join our team.

About the role:

This is a key position within our legal function, reporting directly to our General Manager, APAC. The successful candidate will partner closely with our business teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Main responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Go-To-Market teams in APAC to develop and implement strategic relationships and initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on legal aspects of business operations, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer support.
  • Review, negotiate, and draft key legal documents, such as vendor supply agreements and marketing partner agreements.
  • Ensure our business remains compliant with all relevant legislation impacting our operations.
  • Liaise with the global legal team to deliver holistic legal function outcomes.
