We are seeking a trusted advisor to join our dynamic team, working closely with private businesses and families to provide specialist tax advice throughout the entire business lifecycle.

About Our Private Tax Role

Our team is expanding, and we're looking for Managers and Senior Managers to help us grow. As a business advisor, you will support private and family businesses and their owners by providing specialist tax advice.

  • Provide guidance on technical tax topics, including Division 7A, trust distribution strategies, capital gains tax, and tax consolidation.
  • Offer compliance, planning, and advisory services for client groups with multiple entities.
  • Assist clients with accounting and tax services, such as special purpose financial statements and income tax returns.
  • Prepare calculations in respect of income tax consolidation and thin capitalisation.

You will work closely with clients across all sectors of the Australian economy, leveraging your experience in tax or business services, being CA/CPA qualified, and holding relevant qualifications in taxation, accounting, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice on complex tax matters.
  • Develop and implement tax plans to meet client goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
