Professional Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to deliver professional education projects contributing to the development, design, and evaluation of our executive education program.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and collaborator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You should enjoy solving problems to generate the best possible experience for your clients both within and outside of the university.
Responsibilities- Provide project management support for the development and implementation of customised courses.
- Work closely with the Manager, Executive Education after the completion of initial scoping and development phases.
- Coordinate live sessions online using a range of learning tools.
- Demonstrated experience in program delivery and events or communications management.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while valuing the collective strength of working as part of a team.
- Opportunity to work across a diverse range of activities and tasks with a wide range of stakeholders.
