Role Summary

This is a leadership role focused on managing the entire lifecycle of cloud transformation projects for major enterprise and public sector clients. You'll be the central point of contact, steering projects from initial sales conversations and proposals through to successful delivery and closure. This includes leading globally distributed teams, meticulously managing budgets and schedules, and proactively mitigating risks. Your core responsibility is to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from pre-sales hand-off to final delivery and closure.
  • Guide and develop high performing, globally distributed teams.
  • Meticulously manage project finances, schedules, and proactively handle any risks or issues.
  • Build strong relationships and negotiate with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure the quality of work delivered and oversee third-party vendor engagements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, focusing on cloud and digital transformation projects.
  • Proven experience with a variety of project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong background in managing globally distributed teams and third-party vendors.
  • Hands-on experience with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) like Jira.
  • NV1 clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cloud Foundation certification from any major provider (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SCRUM Master, SAFe).
  • MBA or Master's degree in a technical field.
