Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch customer service through excellent communication and product knowledge.
  • Sell pet food, toys, accessories, and other related products to customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain high store appearance and presentation standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and display setup.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for animals and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in a similar retail environment.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and exceed targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical fitness to handle products up to 20kgs.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
