**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide memorable, meaningful interactions with customers through knowledgeable assistance and exceptional customer service
  • Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
  • Complete sales transactions while aiming to reach set store sales goals
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a well-presented store environment and ensure all latest stock is available
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on pet care, products, and services offered by the organization

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A passion for animals and delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience in a similar retail environment
  • Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Physical fitness to lift products up to 20kgs
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
